You may be a bad guy,but you're our bad guy
Bush waives the sanctions on this dictator. Is it a man who took over his country by force while sporting a nifty moustache and swanky military uniform? Why yes, it is! It can't be Il because he doesn't have any hair. Is it Saddam? Wrong answer. Hope we remember his name, we might be invading his country in, oh, give or take 15 years.
