supression -- how nice
According to the LATimes comes this story about quashing further investigation into the Medicare mess.
In a nutshell: the bill was passed by 1 vote; Foster, who worked on estimating the costs of the program, was threatened with the loss of his job if he gave those estimates to congress; now the Ways and Means Committee has quashed further investigation into the matter.
This should be front page news.
Let's put Foster there with O'Neil, Clarke, Whitman, and the growing list of liars and otherwise careless schmucks who don't know what truth is.
