25 what?
Yes, Dear Leader is asking for another 25 BILLION dollars for our Iraqi theme park of destruction. I thought we wouldn't have to spend any money -- it Iraq would pay for itself. Dear Leader just keeps pissing in the pool and none of us can get out.
