A cup of arrogance and stir vigorously
Via xoverboard -- do you think Dear Leader will follow his own advice? Here's just the first catch, which I remember well -- War crimes will be prosecuted, war criminals will be punished and it will be no defense to say, "I was just following orders."

At the same time we have to assume that is a negatory -- Cheney tells people to get off "Rummy's Case". Nice conciliatory tone considering Cheney is one of the primary a-holes who drove this bus off the cliff.
