Yep, as I mentioned previously, jets bombed neighborhoods and tanks rolled through after saying we'll buy your weapons -- now according to AFP, prisoners leaving the prison get cash and a note saying, get this, "you have not been mistreated." Out tax money at work -- is this what Wolfowitz was referring to as the Pentagon's discretionary fund?
