I was wrong

I thought the prison scandal would go somewhere. I was wrong. As a matter of fact, it looks like 24 people are responsible and none higher than a colonel.

Why the hell would they, mid-investigation, replace the 2 star general heading it saying he couldn't do the job because it was higher than his rank, then come out with this crap?

Another official said the report found there were two kinds of abuse: violent or
sexual abuse that was intentional and abuse that was a result of
misinterpretation of changing procedures.

Yeah, I do that kind of shit in my workplace all the time -- misinterpret basic fucking rights of people and torture the hell out them. Oops. Cover up, whitewash, election year crap. A riot at the prison was put down with deadly force yesterday and it will only get worse as news of this bunk spreads.

And while I'm at it, I'd like to say that I was wrong about chastizing dear leader's intelligence and preemptive war because as Scotty boy explains below, we are at war and this war will last for-fucking-ever -- the win part is purely for morale -- there is no, win in this, unless you call being able to test new weapons systems out as a win --

Q Scott, was Secretary Rumsfeld speaking for the administration when he
said that it should be a go slow approach to the 9/11 recommendations?

MR. McCLELLAN: Well, I think you've heard the President's and Secretary Rumsfeld -- that's not all he said. He talked -- he put it in the context of the current situation. We are a nation at war, and we have to -- we have to move forward recognizing that we are -- we are continuing to fight and win the war on terrorism.
